Delivery and Packaging

Delivery:
Orders will normally be dispatched within 1-2 business days subject to availability. Delivery by our courier is normally overnight from dispatch, depending on the area delivered to in the UK. Therefore we aim to have your order to you within 3-4 days from day of order. Our delivery charge is currently £4.95.

Small Orders for Michael's Originals
If you want to buy just one or two products from the Michael's Originals range we will be happy to send them by Royal Mail. Because it will be a light parcel it should be cheaper than our standard charge of £4,.95. Please call us on 01892 616871 or email us using the form in Contact Us for a quote.

Packaging:
We aim to reuse all of our cardboard boxes to send out our parcels. All of these boxes are then recyclable or reusable by you.
We pack our parcels with shredded paper that all comes from our offices and warehouse. This is biodegradable or recyclable.

Out of Stocks
Please note that on occasions, there may be particular demand for a certain product and it goes out of stock for a short period. We aim to keep these occasions to a minimum and will dispatch all orders in the shortest time possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
