Orders received for Earth Friendly Products shall be subject to these terms and conditions. Natural Eco Trading guarantee that the Earth Friendly Products on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended use. If a product does not do so, then it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If a delivery arrives in a damaged state, you can either return it with the courier or accept delivery and contact us immediately. Any damaged bottles will be replaced free of charge.

Earth Friendly Products shown on the website are available subject to stock. Natural Eco Trading Ltd reserves the right to alter prices and delete product lines without prior notice.
9. Returns
If for any reason an item is unacceptable, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days, provided the item is in as-new condition and has not been used. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.
