In the Philippines, luffas have been used as washing-up scourers for generations. Continuing this tradition, the luffas for Michael's Washing-Up Pad are grown to organic principles on his parent's farm for this purpose. Ideal for washing-up, the luffas are supple enough to bend round rims, reach into corners and have plenty of scrubbing power. They last for at least 3 months in normal use and when they are worn out can be composted, saving landfill.

To extend the life of your washing-Up Luffa pad, always rinse well to remove any food particles, squeeze out extra moisture and hang it up to dry out between washes.You can also wash it through with washing-up liquid or laundry liquid, rinse well, squeeze out and hang up to dry.
